Setelah kedatangan Z10 yang berbasis layar sentuh, BlackBerry bersiap menghadirkan Q10 ke pasaran. Q10 memadukan kapabilitas layar sentuh dengan keyboard qwerty khas BlackBerry.
Wujud Q10 mungkin mirip-mirip dengan BlackBerry model lama seperti Bold atau Dakota. Namun bedanya, layar sentuhnya lebih besar dan tidak ada lagi tombol fisik untuk navigasi termasuk optical trackpad.

Swedia - Hasselblad memastikan bakal menghentikan produksi kamera medium format model 503CW. Model yang dimaksud merupakan kamera terakhir di lini V Sistem yang dimiliki perusahaan asal Swedia ini.
Penghentian itu tak ayal menandai akhir dari perjalanan V Sistem yang sudah menapaki usia lebih dari 50 tahun.
Adapun permintaan yang melesu menjadi pemicu keputusan besar yang dimaksud. "Ada penurunan permintaan untuk kamera ini selama lebih dari 5 tahun terakhir," demikian disampaikan oleh Dr. Larry Hansen, Chairman dan CEO Hasselblad.
"Kami ingin menyampaikan terima kasih kepada penggemar dan konsumen atas kesetiaan dan entusias mereka untuk V Sistem Hasselblad," tambahnya.

Smartphones Overtake Feature Phones for First Time

Mobile phone history has been made: For the first time, smartphones have outsold feature phones, in what IDC called a "seasonally slow" first quarter.

According to IDC, 418.6 million mobile phones were shipped in Q1 2013, including 216.2 million smartphones — more than half of the total market.

Smartphone growth rose more than 41 percent in the first quarter, but fell about 5 percent from the last three months of 2012.

"Phone users want computers in their pockets. The days where phones are used primarily to make phone calls and send text messages are quickly fading away," IDC analyst Kevin Restivo said in a statement. "As a result, the balance of smartphone power has shifted to phone makers that are most dependent on smartphones."

KOMPAS.com - Pertumbuhan angka pengiriman tablet bersistem operasi Android dan Windows mulai mengikis pangsa pasar perangkat iPad buatan Apple, menurut laporan Strategy Analytics tentang pengiriman tablet secara global pada kuartal pertama 2013.
Seperti dikutip dari PC World, secara tahun ke tahun, pengiriman tablet bersistem operasi iOS mengalami pertumbuhan dari 11,8 juta unit pada kuartal pertama 2012 menjadi 19,5 juta unit pada kuartal pertama 2013.

The 520 continues Nokia's bright, bold approach to phones, and that's a good thing. It's available in cyan, red, black, yellow and white, so there's some choice in how loud you want to make it.
Then again, regardless of which color option you pick, this handset isn't quite as bright or bold as the Lumia 620 -- that stunningly good handset that will inevitably set the benchmark throughout this review. The matte, plastic back cover lacks the glossy, rubberized personality of the higher model and also feels a tad creakier. Unlike the 620's cover, it doesn't incorporate any headphone jack circuitry -- it's just a thin piece of plastic.

The Nokia Catwalk is coming, and perhaps sooner than you think. Pictures of the company’s sexy aluminum Lumia phone recently surfaced on the popular Chinese social networking site Sina Weibo.
There aren’t a lot of details to be gleaned from the pair of pixelated images. The Catwalk features a design language that’s very similar to previous Lumia models, but the aluminum shell gives it a much more industrial edge.

Meski begitu, Galaxy S4 sempat mendapatkan perlawanan ketat dari HTC One yang sebelumnya disebut-sebut sebagai smartphone dengan performa paling ngebut.
Dalam pengujian yang dilakukan oleh Cnet tersebut, Galaxy S4 yang digeber adalah seri I9505 yang dipersenjatai oleh prosesor Qualcomm Snapdragon S600 quadcore, bukannya seri I9500 yang menggunakan prosesor Exynos Octa.

You have to hand it to Samsung. The company has made the most of its position as a leading component manufacturer by creating devices for every preference. What other company that already has a range of 7-inch and 10-inch tablets would also make an 8-inch version? The Galaxy Note 8 looks and behaves like its siblings. Unfortunately, though, it feels like them, too.
